1、Investigation of metalloproteins in the mechanism of metallodrugs

Investigation of the protein interaction of metallodrugs using NMR and MS spectroscopies in order to elucidate the fundamental physical chemistry processes, the selectivity of metallodrugs to various proteins, and the influence of protein interaction on the efficacy of drugs.

2、Design and targeted delivery of metallodrugs

Designing novel Pt(IV) anticancer prodrugs based on the mechanism studies; construction of nanobody-drug conjugates in order to enhance the drug accumulation and reduce adverse effects of the drugs; Using functional vectors to achieve synergistic effects on the tumor therapy.
