(5).Developed PIRCh-seq technology to systematic study RNA and chromatin interactions

2、Reveals the immunological pathogenic mechanism of major diseases by interdisciplinary approach of biology, medicine and computer science, using various existing and original tools.

(2).Discovered the dynamic processes and molecular mechanisms of response to anticancer drugs in patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma

(3).Discovered a new mechanism by which dendritic cell-mediated immune abnormalities lead to systemic sclerosis

(4).Discovered a new mechanism by which monocytes mediated immune abnormalities lead to rheumatoid arthritis
